Are you an experienced Customer Service, Sales Administration or Inside Sales professional looking for your next move-

We-re recruiting an Account Co-ordinator to join a busy Inside Sales team, supporting a portfolio of European customers for an established global manufacturing business.

This is a varied role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service really matter. You-ll be the key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, quotations and orders through to delivery, while working closely with internal teams across the UK and globally.

What you-ll be doing:

– Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders

– Building strong relationships with existing B2B customers

– Coordinating orders, logistics and deliveries

– Reviewing purchase orders, contracts and specifications

– Handling customer queries and resolving issues

– Maintaining accurate records and systems

– Working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly

What we-re looking for:

– 5+ years- B2B customer service, sales administration or inside sales experience

– Strong order processing and quotation experience

– Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

– Confident with numbers and multi-step calculations

– Strong communication and relationship-building skills

– Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

– A proactive, organised and calm approach
