We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Industrial Department based in Cannock. No previous recruitment experience is required – we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales, customer service, or a role involving people interaction who is looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B)
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts
Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles including but not limited to warehouse operatives, production operatives, picking and packing roles, FLT Drivers and many more.
Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed
Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, outgoing, and professional approach
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive
What We Offer:
Competitive starting salary from £26,780 per annum
Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential
26 days holiday (including your birthday off)
Company car allowance (depending on experience)

This is an office-based role in Cannock, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
