Recruitment Consultant | Ellesmere Port | HRGO Recruitment
HRGO Recruitment is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow their own desk. This is a highly sales focused role suited to someone who thrives on business development, targets and relationship building. We also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, particularly those with a strong strong sales or business development background who are looking to move into recruitment.
The Role
Full 360 recruitment responsibility – client acquisition, candidate sourcing, placements and account management
Proactively win new business and develop long‑term client relationships
Build and grow a profitable desk across temporary and/or permanent recruitment
Meet and exceed gross profit and revenue targets
Negotiate fees and manage margins to maximise performance
About You
Experience in recruitment (360) or a strong sales/business development background
Confident, target‑driven, and commercially minded
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organised, proactive, and motivated to build something of your own
