Business Development Executive

Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities across Europe. You’ll prospect, engage, and consult with decision-makers across industries to promote the companies suite of services. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage new prospects across target industries and regions
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and web research
• Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries to assess business opportunities
• Maintain and grow the CRM database with accurate contact and company information
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their asset management needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings and proposal development
• Work closely with business development leadership to advance leads through the qualification phase
• Represent the company at occasional client meetings and industry exhibitions across Europe
• Participate in regular team meetings with global colleagues

Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales or business development, across European markets
•Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
•Strong prospecting mindset – a “hunter” who thrives on creating new opportunities
•Proficient in using online platforms and tools for research and outreach
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•Strong organizational and time management abilities
•Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
•Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with global colleagues
•Confident, competitive, and self-motivated
•Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
•Additional European language skills are a plus, but not required, German speaker would be an advantage

Location: Home-based (occasional office visits required)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (suggested range £30,000–£40,000) + commission package
