FRF Motors Limited is currently looking to recruit a New and Used Car Sales Consultant for our Peugeot and Car Warehouse dealership in Bridgend.

We are looking for an individual who has confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent. First impressions count, so they will be well presented and have the ability to build rapport quickly.

Additional Requirement of the role: To meet and greet customers, succeed their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly. To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales. To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business.

Essential attributes for this role:

Proven motor trade sales experience
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Fantastic communication skills
Positive attitude
Teamwork
Minimum of 3 years driving experience

This position is permanent, full-time hours with a rota covering seven days a week on a shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be necessary to complete a DBS check. The employer will meet this expense.
