An experienced new business sales executive is required by a market-leading SaaS provider. Supported by a European-wide parent group, you will be tasked with driving future sales growth within the in the Midlands and North of England.
Based from the company’s site in Birmingham, the role requires a business development professional with experience of B2B software solution sales. It will involve liaising at multiple levels with Technical Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers, Project Managers and Directors.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Targeting new business via multiple routes to market, focusing on primarily & main contractors
· Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs
· Securing meetings with key decision makers
· Identify tender opportunities and coordinate tender submissions
· Keep up to date with product information, pricing and contract terms.
Required Skills & Experience
· New business ‘Hunter’ who is passionate about sales
· Previous direct B2B sales experience in construction market
· Proven success in solution sales, ideally SaaS
· Capable of developing new business relationships at all levels of enterprise organisations
· Knowledge of Architectural, Design or Construction processes and workflows is advantageous
· Technical aptitude
