Our client successfully manufactures and sells a range of Wound Care products such as; Foam Dressings, IV Dressings and Strips, in addition to a reputable portfolio of Surgical Consumables. They are looking to employ a determined Account Manager to sell products into NHS and Private Secondary Care, becoming a vital member of their high performing team.
Owned by a global medical distributor, but operating as a separate entity, the company offers the stability of a larger firm yet maintains the close-knit cultural feel that is often synonymous with a smaller business.
Enjoying a significantly high staff retention rate, our client rarely recruits due to the positive company culture and ethos – the best example being the senior management team who have been with the company since its inception. They have overseen a period of double-digit growth, generating a considerable amount of momentum within the company and establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with within the market.
They are searching for an ambitious Account Manager with experience of managing and developing a successful territory by implementing your own sales strategy. Covering the West Midlands with a current value of c£1million this is a perfect opportunity for a driven individual to capitalise on this existing success whilst also developing the territory further.
Utilising a consultative approach, you will build rapport and create credible relationships with key customers such as; Tissue Viability Nurses (TVNs), District Nurses, Theatre Managers and Procurement.
Rolling the clock forwards 12 months, you will have become a key member of the sales team, enhanced your chances for career progression and hit or exceeded sales targets. High performance will accelerate your earnings due to the company’s lucrative bonus scheme which can see you earning c£10,000 in bonus.
Ideally you will be working as either a Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager within Wound Care. If you are currently working within Medical Sales in an alternative specialism such as; Surgical Consumables, Procedure Packs or Disposable Instruments but possess the desire to develop and succeed, product training is available to improve your knowledge.
