Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor (18-Month Fully Funded Training Programme)

Compensation: Year 1 OTE: £29,000-£35,000, with a Realistic OTE of £75,000 After 18 Months Training Is Complete and Fully Qualified

You’re tech-savvy and confident with digital tools; you know your way around a computer and can pick up new systems fast.
You embrace change, continuously looking for ways to improve and do things better.

Your 18-month training period
Basic salary of £25,000 plus commission potential of between £4k-£10k PA, and an overall OTE of £29,000-£35,000.
From month 13 you will begin studying for your CeMAP qualifications, with full support, training and dedicated study time given
Once you become CeMAP qualified your basic salary will increase to £27,000 plus commission of up-to £4k PA, meaning your OTE increase’s to £31,000
You’ll take part in regular training to build your mortgage knowledge, 1 to 1s and team meetings, celebrating successes and addressing areas for improvement
Initially, you’ll be working in Customer Support reporting to the Head of Operations to efficiently and proactively manage new and existing customers
You’ll keep in close contact with lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors to provide regular updates to customers – comprehensively and jargon-free
Working with our Sales Consultants to guarantee they are best enabled to deliver the highest quality of customer service
You’ll also look at the bigger picture, keeping a close eye on processes and feedback to ensure the best possible journey for our customers
Compliance – and Haysto’s values – will be at the heart of everything you do. You’ll consistently make sure that both Haysto’s and your customers’ interests are looked after
After you transition to a Mortgage Advisor role
Basic salary increases to £28,000 with an OTE of up to £75,000 if business targets and KPI’s are met.
You’ll be providing exceptional advice to customers assigned to you from initial enquiry to completion
You’ll be supported by our Customer Support team allowing you to focus on delivering the best possible journey for our customers
You’ll take part in regular training, 1-to-1 and team meetings – looking to identify areas for improvement while also focusing on what’s going well
Act as a critical feedback loop for our Operations and Development teams as we continuously enhance our technology platform, customer journey and service model

Compensation:
Starting base salary £25,000 moving to £28,000 once fully qualified, with a realistic OTE of £75,000 after your training period is complete

Hours:
During Training (18 months):
2 days: 9AM–6PM.
2 days: 11AM–8PM.
Fridays: 9AM–5PM.
1 in 3 Saturdays required.
After Training:
Same weekday shifts – no weekends!
