As a TC Harrison Ford Sales Executive, you’ll take care of all car enquiry leads, drive the sales process and deliver a flawless service from the initial meet and greet through to handover of the vehicle.
What does the role of Used Car Sales Executive involve?
Create great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
Live and breathe the brand, we’ve been doing this for 90 years and you’ll be expected to bring a sense of excitement to their car purchase.
Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
Deliver not just a car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling of accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
What qualities do I need to succeed in the Used Car Sales Executive role?
Be dedicated to flawless customer service, with experience of creating great moments for customers although this doesn’t necessarily need to be in car sales
Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve fantastic results.
Confidence and experience with computer systems, and a full UK driving licence – you’ll have the opportunity to drive a huge range of thrilling vehicles.
You’ll have retail sales experience and looking for your next exciting challenge.
