We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry to join our successful Land Rover dealership in Bradford.

Our Farnell Land Rover Bradford has a great team on site and is going from strength to strength. With planned re-development for the site in 2018, we are investing heavily into the dealership so it continues to deliver the outstanding levels of service our customers deserve.

The role will involve leading and manage a controlled sales process through a team of Business Manager and Sales Executives through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.

Ideally, you will be an experienced Sales Manager within the motor retail industry and be committed to achieving excellence. Prestige experience would be preferred but is not essential. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
