United Gas & Power are a renewable supplier of gas and electricity to businesses. We are the top rated supplier in the UK on Trust Pilot.

We are looking to grow our highly successful B2B sales team based at our head office in Guiseley. The right candidate is a person who is looking for a new challenge where they can start on a salary of £18k but have the ability to double their salary in commission by the end of year one.

By the end of year two there is a clear progression route into an Account Manager/Closer position which leads to a significant salary increase. In this role the top earners consistently hit target earnings of £50k+.

The company runs fantastic quarterly sales incentives, the most recent saw the full sales team go to Dublin after hitting the quarterly sales target. As well as that the top performers have gone to Marrakech, Barcelona and London in recent incentives, with the current incentive for the year end being a fully paid trip to Amsterdam.

This role requires a person who is driven, ambitious with a hunger to learn, earn and progress! Having grown from 3 to almost 80 employees in just 6 years, this is perfect timing to get on-board with an established, yet rapidly growing business.

The Account Executive team are responsible for making outbound calls to businesses prospecting and generating new sales leads to drive revenue. Leads generated that are in the renewal window will then be transferred over to the allocated sales closer.

The company is looking for enthusiastic people that are motivated by earning (Uncapped Commission) and possess the following:

  • Have the ability to manage your own work load and pipeline.
  • Self-motivated and a passion for success.
  • Ability to work under pressure when needed and still achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills – professional and articulate.
  • Ambitious character, driven and passionate.
  • Computer literate.
  • An ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment.
