In a nutshell

We are looking for an innovative, passionate Account Executive to support the Key Account Manager and Engagement Officer to coordinate campaigns and generate key intelligence for our clients.  A dab-hand at managing reporting, you will bring a creative and innovative approach to converting information in to compelling and attractive presentations and marketing.

About the role

You will be:

  • Understand client needs and objectives and liaise closely with them and the Key Account Managers to support completion of client account plans and the achievement of associated objectives
  • Identify opportunities for clients to optimise their levy spend in line with client business need and objectives
  • Manage administration and campaign work to ensure projects and initiatives are completed on time
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and the engagement levels within accounts, producing reports on a regular basis for internal use and for client information
  • Complete monthly reports and analysis to report progress against targets and overall activity

About you

We are looking for:

  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment to deliver high levels of customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience of working within a training organisation desirable
  • Experience of working with a the retail or active leisure sector desirable
