Business Development Executive

Job Details

As a new Business Development Executive your prime responsibility will be to target prospective customers, nurture and close opportunities across all sectors. More specifically, you will seek out, identify and establish relationships with SMB prospects by researching and then attending trade shows and networking events. You will then work with colleagues to sell direct to end users through delivering compelling demonstrations of our powerful product suite. This role comes with full product training and offers an excellent career path across the IMI Mobile Group.

Desired skills and experience

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two year’s B2B sales experience, field based sales is desirable but not essential and preferably gained but not limited to selling digital solutions. We are looking for a new business hunter; You will be a confident closer, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional and leading organisation. You will have excellent communication skills with a competency in public speaking/presenting, a broad business understanding with the ability to write proposals, high levels of self-motivation and able to captivate at all levels. You will be technically “mobile savvy”, proficient at delivering online and face to face demonstrations and keen to progress your career.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa £21,000 – £23,000 dependent upon previous experience, with an uncapped first year OTE exceeding £30,000 plus executive benefits.

As this role involves travel a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
