The Office Support division of the SF Group are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to be based with one of their clients in Castle Donington. You will be joining a very successful company who are growing rapidly in the market and who pride themselves on investing in people.
The client already offer a number of products and have a huge database of clients. This particular Business Development role is going to be responsible for bringing on board more relevant products to develop and more companies to join their brand/work alongside the company.
The client are constantly welcoming new partners, so there is a great base to start from but they now want to take this to the next level. Behind the scenes of the products that they offer, Sales and Marketing is at the core of what they do, so they offer a lot of marketing material including newsletters, web pages, social media etc. So this could be part of the offering that is discussed and part of the sales approach. Research would also be a huge part of the role, in terms of finding and sourcing potential businesses/clients.
It is important that you have an entrepreneurial approach, they are keen to discover new ideas and share different ways of approaching the business development side of things — so they will work closely with you to do this.
The role is definitely a big mix of Business Development, Sales and also Account Management too if you consider the partners/clients that they already work with.
It is important that you have previous Business Development or Account Management experience and have proven ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
