Business Development Executive

We are a Leeds recruitment agency and our client, based in the city centre, in modern offices are on the lookout for their next campaign executive to join their growing business development team. If you love the challenge of earning an uncapped commission and you have a natural flair for engaging new prospects, then this could be the role for you. The campaign executive will benefit from an exciting fast paced and challenging environment and a unlimited progression opportunity.

You will need to be able to

·Generate new business leads (B2B) and book qualified sales meetings for marketing agency sales teams
·Support campaign managers in developing targeting strategies
·Build data and contact information for relevant prospect companies
·Cold call follow up and progress leads through the sales pipeline
·Develop multi-channel campaigns to generate leads (email & Calling)
Experience
·1 – 2 years of marketing experience (Brand side or agency) – Essential
·Track record of success and business development results (1 year minimum) – Essential
·Must have a minimum of 2 consecutive year’s experience in a sales / business development role – Essential
