Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow their business by generating introductions and opportunities in connection with companies looking to relocate, refurbish or open new offices.

This is a permanent, full time position, working Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and a 4pm finish on a Friday.
Your duties and responsibilities:
Help the business grow by working closely with other team members including the Sales Director
Making cold calls, following up warm leads and sourcing new opportunities
Arranging and attending prospective client meetings to secure new business and to build strong relationships
Researching market trends and assisting in marketing the business
Building a qualified pipeline and ensuring the annual target is achieved
What you need to succeed
This role is looking for an individual who has proven experience in a Business Development role, ideally within commercial interiors or similar. You must have exceptional communication skills including excellent telephone manner. You need to be highly organised, strong attention to deal, a positive attitude and an excellent team player.
