WasteRecruit have been retained by a national provider of waste management services to source a national Business Development Manager.
This will be a home-based role requiring national travel, head office is in Essex and you will be required to attend meetings there.
Our client provide waste management services through a brokerage model, and are the outsourced supplier for many large well-known companies.
They are in a major sales growth period, targeting further national multi-site retail accounts as well as companies in the logistics/distribution and facilities management/commercial property sectors.
We are interested in speaking to Business Development Managers who have a track record in new business development, focussing TWM services.
You must have a thorough understanding of the outsourcing model and be comfortable selling services consultatively rather than price. Many of your clients will require multisite solutions for a range of waste streams and previous experience operating at this level will be essential to this role.
