Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electric Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our team in Trafford Park, Manchester. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint within our existing well-established customer base by introducing new and advanced electric vehicle products and services.

The role

Identify and engage with existing customers to understand their evolving needs in the electric vehicle space.
Introduce and sell new EV products and services, including installation solutions, maintenance packages, on-the-road roaming solutions, and reporting back-office services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the adoption of electric vehicle technologies.
Contribute to ongoing market research efforts to identify target clients, understand their evolving needs, and explore opportunities for market growth
Proactively build relationships with new clients through various channels, including daily contact, cold calling, and making compelling presentations.
Conduct frequent on-site visits to understand client operations and tailor solutions to their specific requirements.
Ensure the successful negotiation and execution of contracts to secure long-term partnerships with clients
Showcase Evolo and Certas Energy’s products and solutions, engaging with potential clients and partners to foster business opportunities
Collaborate with Key Account Managers for mutual success and cohesive results across the sales team
Regularly report to the Sales Group Manager on sales progress, client interactions, and market insights

We’re looking for:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry.
Strong understanding of electric vehicle technologies and associated products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
