Sales Executive – Automotive Opportunity
An established and reputable automotive retailer is growing its sales team and is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a supportive, high-performing environment.
This role suits both motivated newcomers and experienced sales professionals looking to progress within the motor trade.
The Role
• Sell new and used vehicles across two well-known brands
• Guide customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to handover
• Support customers with finance and package options (full training provided)
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience
• Work collaboratively within an experienced dealership team
What’s on Offer
• £20,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000
• Company car and fuel card (no restrictions)

• 20 days holiday + bank holidays

About You
• Confident, outgoing and target-driven
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles beneficial
• Full UK driving licence (minor points considered)
• Motivated to build a long-term career, not just a job
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:30 (one late finish per week until 18:00)
• Saturday: 08:45–17:00
• Sunday: 10:00–16:00 (1 in 3 rota)
