The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel is located on a quiet side street right in the heart of London’s West End. All 108 bedrooms at this four-star hotel have been recently refurbished and offer a great standard of comfort and style. In addition, the Trafalgar has a ground floor restaurant which also benefits from a terrace so you can experience al fresco dining in the centre of London.

What you’ll be doing

As Cluster Sales Manager, you will be a driving force in maximizing revenue across our hotels by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term success.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with your team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to assess market trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions. As a leader, you will mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and communicate findings effectively
Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing your team members
A commercial outlook and adaptability to navigate various market segments
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A commitment to delivering outstanding service and enhancing the guest experience
