Core Account Executive – Enterprise Sales
About the Role

Position: Core Account Executive
Location: London (Hybrid – 2/3 days in the office, 2/3 days remote)
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Package: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + incentive-based rewards

Join QA as a Core Account Executive and accelerate your sales career. You’ll own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, drive new business, and sell directly to senior leaders across HR, L&D, Digital, and IT. This role offers big impact, real progression, and exposure to advanced sales frameworks like MEDDIC and Challenger.
What you’ll do

Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise accounts
Build the pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound conversion & marketing campaigns
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, demo, negotiation, and close
Use structured sales methodologies to drive high‑quality deals
Map and engage key stakeholders across large organisations
Maintain strong forecasting and Salesforce discipline
Work closely with Marketing, Product & Customer Success for smooth handovers
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

What you’ll bring

2–4 years of B2B sales success, consistently hitting targets
Experience in solution sales (L&D, SaaS, tech, recruitment, or training ideal)
Comfortable managing ACV deals of £25k–£150k
Confident using Salesforce and pipeline tools
Bonus: knowledge of cloud, digital, data or tech terminology
