This is a consultative sales role, perfect for someone who thrives on building strategic relationships and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll be working with businesses to leverage products such as social media advertising, websites, and enhanced digital display campaigns. Experience in selling digital marketing products is highly advantageous, but we also welcome strong new business sales professionals with a proven track record in winning and growing accounts. You’ll enjoy a hybrid working model, combining time in the office, in the field with clients, and working from home. Because this role involves meeting clients face-to-face, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Our hubs are strategically located in:
Glasgow, Dunfermline, Enniskillen, Cumbria, Darlington, Warrington, Worcester, Newport, Haverfordwest, Swindon, Basildon, Bournemouth, Southampton, Norwich, North and South London, Devon and Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities

Generate New Business – Identify and qualify prospective digital marketing opportunities, securing new clients through cold calling, networking, and consultative selling.
Account Management – Develop and grow new and existing relationships with local businesses, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement – Work towards revenue targets and KPIs, with a focus on driving sales and increasing profitability.
Client Meetings – Conduct face-to-face, phone, and video meetings to present digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
Digital Advertising Expertise – Leverage experience in B2B sales and digital marketing to provide strategic advertising recommendations.
Territory Management – Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and attend a regional office on a hybrid basis.
Cross-Selling & Upselling – Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify opportunities for additional digital marketing services.
Independent Working – Manage time effectively to balance prospecting, client meetings, and administrative tasks.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Be motivated by targets and KPIs, and capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
Demonstrate experience in B2B sales and a background in digital advertising.
Have the ability to develop new business opportunities.
Confident cold caller
Develop and grow new and existing relationships with local businesses.
Be goal-oriented and driven to achieve success.
Ideally, have experience in advertising or digital marketing sales.
Conduct consultative client meetings both over the phone, face-to-face and via video conferencing.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
Be able to commute in the client territory and to a regional office on a hybrid basis.
You will identify and qualify prospective digital marketing opportunities, collaborating with the team to secure and retain client business through effective cross-selling methods.
