Digital Performance Specialist | East Lancashire (Hybrid) | £35,000 DOE

The Role:

As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will take ownership of SEO while supporting PPC across a range of client accounts. This is a true 360 role where you will look beyond channels and focus on how performance fits together across the full journey.

You will work closely with internal teams and contribute to client conversations, helping shape strategy, identify opportunities, and improve results. It is well suited to someone who enjoys analysing performance, spotting patterns, and turning insight into meaningful action.

What You’ll Do:

Lead SEO delivery across multiple client accounts, from planning through to optimisation.
Support PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring they align with wider performance goals.
Analyse performance using tools such as GA4, Search Console, and SEMrush, identifying opportunities to improve traffic, lead quality, and conversions.
Work with design, development, and marketing teams to strengthen performance across the wider user journey.
Contribute to reporting, client discussions, and ongoing improvements to campaign performance.

About You:

Around 3+ years’ experience in SEO, PPC, or a broader digital performance role.
Strong capability in one channel, with solid working knowledge of the other.
Confident analysing data and turning it into clear, practical actions.
Comfortable working across multiple clients and collaborating with internal teams.
Confident communicator who can contribute to client conversations.
Proactive, curious, and focused on outcomes rather than just delivery.
