Sales Negotiator – Cambridge City Centre
Basic Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 | OTE: £35,000 – £40,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy and rapidly growing estate agency office based in Cambridge city centre.
This is a fantastic role for a motivated and driven individual looking to progress their career within a high-performing environment, offering strong earning potential and a supportive team culture.
Please note: Previous estate agency experience is ESSENTIAL. Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering and qualifying buyers
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Managing the sales process from offer through to completion
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Generating new business opportunities
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency (essential)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Well-presented and professional
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Package & Benefits:
Basic salary of £25,000 – £27,000
On Target Earnings: £35,000 – £40,000
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Only 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)
