They’re looking for a Sales Manager to help grow the development of their drivetrain business. Please note that this role will involve international travel (1 week in 4) and the rest of the time will be office based in North Wales.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be in an important position with responsibility for sales growth and retention in various countries whilst undertaking technical trouble shooting and product specification. In addition you’ll also negotiate pricing and contractual terms along with developing opportunities for new projects by proposing new products.


To succeed in this role of Sales Manager you’ll need to have experience of a similar new business sales role. Whilst relationship development is very important the role is new business focused so will not suit somebody from an account management background. In addition, due to the technical troubleshooting aspect of the role you’ll need to have a mechanical engineering background and some experience within at least one of the following – axles, gearboxes, engine powertrains and drivelines.

The Package

As a Sales Manager within this innovative business you’ll receive a base salary of up to £60,000 + car allowance + bonus. In addition, you’ll also receive there’s other none tangible benefits such as commitment to your development, both in terms of your skills and career progression.
