Experienced Car Sales Executive – Drive Motor Retail (Bury St Edmunds)

What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Basic £20,000 with an OTE of £50,000+
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6pm (1 of these days off in the week due to working a Saturday), Saturday, 8:30am – 5pm + Alternating rota for Sunday, 10am – 4pm

Your Role:
Build strong rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate vehicles, emphasizing features and benefits
Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product information
Negotiate and close deals, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the dealership
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Enthusiastic, approachable, and results-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Resilience and determination to thrive in a sales environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Driver’s License
Required Experience:
1-2 years in a showroom or car sales role
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
