Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: Starting salary 24,000 + Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00

Location: Ewelme

Please note: A full UK drivers license is required for this role.

Role Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers using tailored solutions.
Maintain regular contact with clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong long-term relationships.
Provide expert advice on waste legislation, innovations, and environmental best practices.
Identify upselling opportunities and support sales initiatives to grow revenue within your portfolio.
Carry out regular service reviews to ensure contracts remain commercially viable and operationally effective.
Generate new appointments and support the wider sales team with leads and insights.
Liaise with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Resolve contractual or service-related issues promptly, maintaining client satisfaction.

Desirable Skills

Experience in account management, sales, business development or upselling.
Previous experience in the waste management or environmental services industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Commercially aware, with the ability to analyse contract profitability and service value.
Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to multitask across clients.
