40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts).
Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off.

Your Role
As part of our team, you’ll represent an automotive brand known for quality and innovation, delivering a premium customer experience at every stage. You’ll benefit from full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme designed to set you up for success and help you maximise your earning potential.
As a New Car Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.
Your responsibilities will include:
Guiding customers through vehicle selection, finance, insurance, and accessory options
Generating new opportunities through prospecting and follow‑up, using methods that play to your strengths
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
What We’re Looking For
Currently working in a sales environment (any industry)
Motivation and drive to achieve goals
The ability to communicate clearly and authentically
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
