Business Development Manager required for a market leading confidential waste management shredding organisation.
Our client is looking for a proactive confidential waste and shredding business development manager to develop new business contracts. Working on behalf of a shredding and data destruction company, our client specialises within the waste management and recycling sector.
Package: £25K plus uncapped bonus, company car, mobile pension.
The Role: Business Development Executive Shredding
In return, they are looking for: Bright, positive new business sales ‘hunter’ to target a wide range of industries. The role will be actively seeking out new clients to help coincide with the company’s growth
You will sell the companies full confidential waste destruction and shredding services.
Ability to negotiate and sell within defined margins rather than just cut price to secure a sale is essential.
You will solution sell from a range of recycling and resource management services
You can come from ANY sales background including confidential waste destruction, shredding, waste management, recycling, hygiene, washrooms, laundry services, contract cleaning services, pest control, facilities management (FM), industrial or commercial cleaning, electronic security, fire safety, water treatment among others
As Business Development Manager, you must however be able to demonstrate success in a business to business (B2B) sales role.
