Job Specification

We are currently looking to recruit a driven, passionate Recruitment Consultant with a track record of delivery in the Construction/Trades & Labour recruitment market.

The successful candidate will join an already successful team and be primarily tasked with building on an established desk with new business. You will initially cover temporary & contractor recruitment, but over time could be given the autonomy to move into the  permanent professional market.

There is realistic potential over time of building a small team to support you in delivering a first class service.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone that is looking to move their career to the next level and take on a challenge.

Applicants will ideally be proven in Construction recruitment, with a positive approach to sales solutions. You will need to be hard working and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 basic per annum (DOE) plus commission
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
