Celsius Graduate Recruitment have a brand new, shiny tech-start up client based in The Shard with panoramic views of London! This means they are on the lookout for three Graduate Account Managers to jump on board and be ready to get stuck in and help grow the business from inception to a global presence.

The company are a SaaS provider to the recruitment sector. They provide an intelligent platform like no other, making the talent sourcing, lead sourcing and training processes associated with recruitment a whole lot easier, quicker and efficient. This Account Manager role is to look after existing clients, report into the Customer Success Director, and take on a range of responsibilities concerning the management of relationships and training for our clients such as:

• Training of new users on the platform via webinar and in person
• Providing ongoing support to users
• Analysis of usage statistics
• Regularly calling clients
• Reporting
• Regular domestic travel and some occasional international travel
• Group projects
• Administrative tasks

For this Graduate Account Manager role, you will need to have/be:

• Excellent communication and presenting skills
• Recruitment experience
• Good organizational skills
• Willingness to travel when required
• Adaptable to a changing environment
• Degree 2:1 or above
