In the Southampton branch, they sell into many exciting industries such as pharmaceutical, engineering, oil and gas, formula one and aerospace. You name it, metal is everywhere, so it’s a real lucrative industry to get involved in. They are privately owned and have grown their leadership team from within. The Role:
Graduate Internal Account Manager:
Your role as an Internal Account Manager would be to identify, nurture and grow an account base, which could be generated from new business sales or an existing client portfolio. You will have daily targets to meet and exceed. You will be an entrepreneur at heart and your objective is to grow your account base and client relationships. The exciting part is there is no price list in sales, so you can negotiate and see your business grow.
What will you actually be doing?
Hitting daily targets and KPIs
Speaking to new and existing customers
Negotiating payment terms
Winning and developing new business from existing accounts
Quoting customers
Competitor analysis
Growing your desk into a successful business

Basic salary £25,000-£28,000 plus profit share
