Vertu Motors seeks an individual with proven sales and customer service experience, who can inspire others to achieve outstanding results.

We offering a competitive basic salary of £41,500, an OTE of £46,500 and a Company Car.

As a Group Sales Trainer, you won’t just be thrown in at the deep end. Building on your existing knowledge and people skills, we’ll give you dedicated time to learn our sales processes and systems inside out, and back to front, so you can deliver industry-leading training to our Sales Colleagues across the Group.

You will be part of a business that is both ambitious and supportive, with genuine backing to help you succeed. We will ensure you have access to proven tools and provide you with a collaborative environment, so you can focus on what you do best: training others and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high energy physical and virtual practical sales training sessions.
Support the delivery of an outstanding induction experience to every new sales Colleague.
Coach dealership teams to help raise performance and standards.

Our Requirements:

A proven track record of delivering results in car sales.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the disciplines that drive conversion.
Outstanding communication, coaching and presentational skills.
High personal standards and a relentless focus on delivering quality.

This role will be based at our dedicated training centre in Chesterfield, with occasional travel to other training centres as needed, fully expensed by us. In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of £41,500, an OTE of £46,500 and a company car.
