As a Head of Marketing, your roles and responsibilities will include…
Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy supporting business goals
Identify marketing opportunities and lead new product development strategies
Work with sales to improve lead generation, conversion and engagement
Provide strategic direction for all brand, PR and comms across multiple channels
Lead planning and execution of campaigns, product launches and exhibitions
Own and manage the marketing budget
Lead and develop the marketing team
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing with the following skills and experience…
At least 4 years’ experience working within B2B marketing with an end user reach
Experience in manufacturing is ideal, with exposure to working at a strategic level
Professional marketing qualification, such as CIM, is preferred
Commercially business minded, with the ability to spot opportunities
Experience with digital media, social media and videography
Excellent planning skills, able to develop/manage product launches
Confident and outgoing personality, able to develop good relationships
In return the successful Head of Marketing will receive a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, plus the following benefits…
Bonus based on turnover targets
