We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to join our UK head office team.

We’re looking for a heavy-hitting Head of Sales and Marketing who can elevate the Acosta brand, capture the attention of key decision-makers in the FMCG sales community, and drive significant new business wins. Your role will involve strategic planning, market trend analysis, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

The Role:

Job Title : Head of Sales and Marketing

Reporting to : Group Commercial Director

Hours : 37.5 Hours per Week

Salary : Competitive

As the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform our approach to new clients.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with different business units within the company to lead new business and marketing efforts.
Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer relationship management and results.

Market Development and Implementation:

Lead market development activities and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at achieving our goals.

Effective Communication:

Create and deliver winning sales presentations.
Lead the creation of website content, promotional material, marketing calendars, and social media strategies.

Requirements:

This role requires:

5 Years of Commercial Sales experience

Experience within the FMCG market

Internal & External stakeholder management experience

Strategic New Business Skills:

Ability to identify and create a pipeline of new clients.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a commercial acumen.

Collaboration and Persuasion:

Collaborate with critical internal and external stakeholders.
Effective sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
