Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 basic + OTE + benefits

The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Higher Education Sector Sales Lead to convert marketing-qualified leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and positioning our AI solutions for education as essential tools for universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the higher education sector
Build relationships with C-level decision-makers (CIO, COO, Vice Chancellor)
Deliver consultative sales presentations and AI solution demos
Collaborate with Microsoft partners and internal teams
Forecast pipeline and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in B2B technology sales, SaaS, or EdTech
Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of higher education challenges
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI solutions
Previous sales management experience is a plus
