Salary – £25,000 + commission

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts within a dynamic internal sales team, driving revenue growth, delivering outstanding service, and building lasting relationships. Take ownership of sales targets while maximising opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach.
THE ROLE
Manage a defined portfolio of accounts with annual sales targets.
Grow turnover by expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Profile key accounts to identify growth potential.
Increase order values through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Optimise deliveries by consolidating customer orders.
Research and pursue new sales leads proactively.
Follow up on quotes, samples, and enquiries to boost conversion rates.
Reactivate dormant accounts and engage new prospects.
Support promotional and outbound sales campaigns.
Analyse account performance, track trends, and report monthly.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, prioritising the customer experience.
Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
YOU
A confident, results-driven communicator with a passion for sales and customer success. You should have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or internal sales.
Proven ability to handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily.
Track record of generating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
Strong relationship-building skills to nurture long-term accounts.
Professional and polite telephone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience an advantage).
