Job Title: Internal Sales

Location: Burton-on-Trent

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-5:30pm (can be flexible)

Pay: £35,000 + bonuses (monthly, quarterly and annually)

This is a permanent role.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our client’s team, based within the Burton-on-Trent area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales & customer service, and a strong ability to engage with clients, helping them find the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Building relationships with existing clients & Key Accounts, with focus on increasing spend.
Establishing relationships with new and prospect clients.
Developing new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails and follow ups.
Answering customer questions and resolve queries.
Managing customers’ orders and cross selling products.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in sales is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
