This is a rare opportunity to join a growing sports and lifestyle clothing and accessories brand which has gone from strength to strength as they diversify across a range of markets and their brand popularity soars.
You will partner with the Head of Marketing in executing innovative multi-channel campaigns and supporting the continued growth of a successful own brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple projects, and has a keen eye for detail. Acting as a right-hand support to the Head of Marketing, you will help coordinate marketing campaigns, assist with planning and logistics, and maintain structure and organisation across all marketing activities.
This is a permanent job opportunity located near to Alfreton and easily commutable from North Nottingham and Derbyshire to work on a hybrid basis.

Role overview
Campaign Management
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing own brand marketing campaigns. This will include preparing campaign briefs, timelines, and activation schedules.
Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports with actionable insights.
Review and manage localised campaign assets and materials to ensure brand consistency that adhere to brand and collection guidelines.
Manage campaign specific budgets and to ensure strong conversion and maximise ROI.
If required attend content shoots and other relevant events to ensure campaign deliverables are met.
Oversee an own brand Catalogue project, including the collection of new product and lifestyle assets and close collaboration with the product team to compile accurate product data and descriptions.
Support in the scheduling of social media content across own brand channels.
External and Internal Stakeholder Management
Liaise with creative freelancers and agencies to ensure campaign materials are delivered accurately and on time.
Collaborate with the wider Marketing Team to develop and execute creative content ideas including product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for local marketing teams and external partners, providing them with brand materials, visuals, and other communication assets to ensure consistent implementation of the communication strategy.
About you
This role would suit someone with a marketing related degree and 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordination or executive role.
You will have proven experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns including analysing campaign data and preparing performance reports. It would also be helpful to have an understanding of brand management and the creative content production processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will also be called on, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
We need someone who is flexible to attend occasional events and exhibitions across the UK, and potentially internationally where you might be required to stay away overnight.
