Global 4 Communications is seeking is seeking a Marketing Manager

Salary £35,000 – £40,000 dependant on experience

Hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Location Horsham, West Sussex

We are currently looking for an experienced individual to head up our new marketing division within Global 4.

As an organisation we are going through a very busy and exciting period of growth, with this growth comes the need for a strong marketing function to support the business. Our Global 4 Communications group is currently turning over £26m and employing 100 people in Horsham West Sussex.

As a business we focus on two key areas B2B and B2C, we have a strong presence in both areas but we’re looking to take the business to the next level!

We need to strengthen our brand in the B2B environment through press, exhibitions & digitally. Then approach our 50,000 residential clients with upgrades and additional products through direct mail, email, text and social media.

This position will report directly into our Managing Director and will be responsible for managing our Junior Marketing Designer.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements: 

  • Working closely with the board of directors to deliver key marketing strategies
  • To design a planned marketing approach for a rolling 12-month period
  • To be able to guide, advise and work closely with teams across the business on any marketing queries
  • To grow the marketing function within Global 4 supporting our existing Junior with their development and learning
  • To be able to work in a hands-on environment where you will manage the design through to the execution

  • People management experience (desirable)
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills
