£45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week

We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven National Account & Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence across the country and build long-term partnerships with leading chefs, venues and foodservice operators.

What you’ll be doing

This is a true dual-role opportunity combining national account management with new business development.

Grow and nurture key accounts

Build strong, trusted relationships with national foodservice groups and hospitality operators
Deliver annual growth plans aligned with company targets
Run monthly business reviews and weekly performance reporting
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product range
Support pricing, tenders and contract renewals

Win new business

Identify and secure new national and regional customers
Build a strong pipeline across hospitality, stadia, education, healthcare, travel and leisure
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award
Create strategic entry plans for high-value target groups
Represent us at industry events and exhibitions
Contribute to growth strategies and forecasting

How success will be measured

You’ll play a key role in driving our commercial performance through:

Revenue growth (new and existing customers)
Strong gross margins
New business wins and account retention
Pipeline value and conversion
Tender success rate

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who is commercially driven, confident and relationship-focused:

Proven success in National Account Management within foodservice or FMCG
A track record of winning new business
Experience supplying contract caterers or hospitality groups
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Solid understanding of the foodservice industry
