This manufacturer is part of a national business and supplies products to both food service and other manufacturers throughout the UK. It has driven the development of this exciting niche market into a fast-growing new sector for the food industry.
We are looking for a bright, articulate and ambitious individual to join the successful and highly driven team.
As National Account Manager, you will manage and develop existing accounts across foodservice and B2B customers, identify additional opportunities to maximise revenue with existing customers, manage all financial aspects of the accounts i.e. pricing, promotions/ strategies, terms and margins, drive sales forecasting and budgets and also formulate sales and marketing strategies and NPD plans for your designated accounts.
To be considered for the National Account Manager role, you will possess a successful track record or profitable growth with key national accounts within foodservice and B2B accounts.
You will ideally have a product background meat, poultry or ready-to-eat foods and experience of successful NPD launches into existing and new customers within the food industry is highly desirable.
You will be a strong team player, have excellent communications skills plus be motivated by organic growth opportunity and pushing your own career development. A full UK driving licence is essential.
The National Account Manager job is based in the London region and is paying up to £60,000 plus £5k car allowance.
