Sales Trainer

Our client is a leading professional services organisation based in Cheltenham. Due to rapid and continued growth they are now looking to on board a Sales Trainer to support the Wider HR team.

The organisation are focussed and dedicated on becoming the number one choice for consumers within the industry, building upon an already strong reputation, they now require someone to work internally, maintaining new starter induction training and ensuring all employees are given coaching and support to operate at the required standard.

As Sales Trainer you will report directly in to the HR and Training Manager, you will be employed on a full time basis, however they are open to considering a job share for this position. Your role will cover aspects from delivering a robust training and development plan, ensuring all employees are educated on brand values and also support with their ongoing recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Training, coach, mentor and continued development of both the support and sales teams.

·Improving performance through implementing and maintaining a dynamic and challenging sales culture.

·Taking an active role in the design and maintenance of the training material, including ongoing maintenance to ensure its up to date and relevant.

·Strong focus and support around company values and vision.

·Supporting role in the recruitment process to include but not limited to scheduling interviews, assessment centres and managing candidates throughout process.

·Direct reporting into the Management team on the progression of team members.

·Acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures, with the ability to take responsibility and maintain your own knowledge and personal development.

Your skills and experience should include:

Previous experience in designing and delivering training sessions to groups and individuals on specialised subjects.

·Exceptional interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.

·Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage whilst effectively delivering projects within timescales and on budget.

·An advocate of the GROW model

·Ability to motivate and inspire those around you

·Proven ability in multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise workloads based on fast-paced business requirements.

·Flexibility and adaptability in your approach with the skills to deliver under pressure.
