About this role
As an Outbound Fibre Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the continued growth of our Full Fibre broadband services. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to existing contacts within our CRM system with the goal of signing them up for our broadband services. You will also be tasked with data collection and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. This role requires resilience, confidence, and the ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks to achieve excellent outcomes.
Main responsibilities
Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to existing contacts in the CRM to promote our Full Fibre broadband services.
Persuasively communicate the features & benefits of our broadband services to potential customers.
Aim to secure sign-ups for our Full Fibre broadband services during calls.
Data collection
Handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Complete additional outbound calls as required by the business needs.
Working hours
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, these hours will be worked on a rota basis between the business hours of:
• Monday – Friday 9.00am – 7.00pm
• Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Sunday 9.00am – 5.00pm
To meet the needs of the customer, you will need to be flexible with your working hours.
Experience/Skills required
Confidence: Must be confident and articulate in making outbound sales calls.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Consistency: Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to leave a positive impression on customers.
Sales Driven: Passion for sales and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the needs of the business and take on additional outbound calling tasks as required.
Targets: Experience in working towards targets and achieving these consistently.
