We’re looking to extend the team and there’s an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, positive thinking team to play a key part in its future development.

No doubt you will be considering your next career move carefully and will want a role for the long term in an organisation that values and rewards its people.

You’ll be responsible for taking a successful and established Temporary Division to the next level and specialising in recruiting for professional roles working with local commercial organisations and the NHS.

You’ll have the tenacity to build a successful desk leveraging off Plum’s established client relationships, as well as developing new business across the Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire areas.
