Position: Revenue Growth Manager
Location: Remote | United Kingdom
Package: £70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Growth Manager to join a global consumer goods business. This is a pivotal role in shaping how the business invests across pricing, promotions and product mix to deliver profitable growth.
You’ll be part of their global RGM team, giving you exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to influence commercial strategy across multiple markets.
What you’ll be doing
Lead reviews of pricing, promotions and trade investment to ensure resources are allocated effectively
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility of performance across markets
Partner with local teams to strengthen their RGM capability and embed global best practices
Provide analysis and recommendations to guide portfolio decisions, including SKU prioritisation and assortment optimisation
Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence commercial strategy and investment decisions
What we’re looking for
FMCG experience in RGM (Revenue Growth Management) or Commercial Strategy
Strong analytical skills — confident with Excel, PowerBI and market data (Nielsen, Kantar etc.)
Ability to influence and work cross-functionally in a global/matrix environment
Someone who enjoys making sense of data and using it to drive commercial decisions
