Are you a driven, self-motivated individual, who wants the ability to earn uncapped commission?

We are looking for sales people that are ambitious, with a drive to succeed. Our client based in Whitstable, is after money-hungry individuals who are looking to take the next step in their career, with the goal to build a successful sales career!

As a Telesales Account Manager you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, managing clients and ensuring you are building a requirement for them that suits their needs. You will be on the phones, making outbound calls, but with all this hard work, comes great reward!

The company has some great perks such as uncapped commission, holiday increasing by one day each additional year of service (capped at an additional five), your birthday off for FREE after two years’ service, access to discounted vouchers and much more!

Working Monday – Thursday 8:45am-5:15pm and Friday 8:45am-2:45pm you will be making outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce them to business, as well as yourself to build lasting committed relationships. Working in a modern buzzy office, you will be working openly among your peers, with the chance at breaks to hit the game room, not only to beat them at sales, but also on the pool table.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in either sales or a busy contact centre, but this isn’t essential. Drive and determination is a must!
