Sales Advisor

Job Details

Our client, a busy construction company, is currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include –

  • Deal with all visitors, telephone enquiries and emails to sales office, providing relevant info on all current developments and future developments
  • Following up clients enquiries to maximise sales
  • Liaise with third parties when necessary
  • Collate all visitor information and pass to head office
  • Complete reservation information, giving meeting, colour choices and standard variations
  • Liaise with Technical department and site team on non-standard variations
  • Make client aware of key dates and estimated entry dates
  • Arrange client visits and NHI in conjunction with technical department and site team, following H&S guidance
  • Carry out Sales Snagging Inspection of all properties
  • Liaise with technical department and site re build progress and highlight any possible problems
  • Collate all handover paperwork prior to client appointment
  • Complete handover with client and process all paperwork
  • Liaise with external contractors
  • Keep client base updated on all future developments, maintaining contact and interest, viewing any relevant house types where possible
  • Deal with any snagging issues reported to sales and forward to relevant department
  • Keep sales manager and head office informed of any relevant information which may affect the sales operation
  • Ensure sales office stock properties “street scene” and signage continually assessed
