Crest Nicholson London are looking for two experienced Sales Advisors/Team Leaders for their London based sites.
The role will require the successful applicant to:
– Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales for the Division whilst maintaining the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard. The incumbent will effectively manage customers and deliver excellent customer service and have the ability to generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity.
– The applicant will have the ability to manage the threat of cancellation and minimize cancellation rates. There will be involvement in managing and resolving customer complaints. In being a key member of the sales team, will ensure that the site is effectively managed and information should be widely shared.
-The individual will have the ability to work weekends and Bank Holidays as well as having flexibility within normal working hours.
We are looking for applicants who;
Has worked in a similar role, preferably with a similar size housing developer within the central London market.
Have a broad product knowledge of the housing market.
Being computer literate is essential together with excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
