Location: Banbury Head Office
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, our client is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Appointment Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced team at their Banbury Head Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service, managing schedules, and supporting a busy sales function. As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and customers receive a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to survey.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.

Schedule and coordinate appointments for Sales Surveyors from incoming customer enquiries.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information within the CRM system.

Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing product information and support where appropriate.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

Manage diaries effectively, ensuring appointments are allocated and organised efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Previous experience within a customer service, administration, or appointment scheduling role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

An excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and experience using CRM systems.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
