The Company

Our client based in Wellingborough is recruiting for a Sales and Business Development Executive to join their busy sales team, due to their forthcoming expansion.

The Job

  • Guide and advise customers on the best courses for their needs, link selling and upselling where possible
  • Produce quotes for customers and follow up on these, always striving to close the sale and get the order placed
  • Building positive relationships with the customers and asking them questions about their projects to ensure you understand their current and future business needs
  • Regularly monitoring your figures and customer base
  • Always keeping on the lookout for potential new business leads and securing them

Ideal Candidate

  • Language skills – fluent in both Polish & English
  • Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Great numerical skills with a focus on understanding sales, margin and profit.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels whether it be written or spoken
  • High level of customer service
  • General knowledge of basic software programs such as MS Office
  • Plant machinery and construction industry knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
