Sales Coordinator
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £25,500+ (Dependent on experience)

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth communication between the business and its customers. This is a varied role combining sales administration with customer-facing responsibilities, including outbound calls to generate orders and leads.
Key Duties:
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Research and canvass for new business opportunities
Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
Maintain and update internal systems with customer and order information
Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to existing customers
Manage customer complaints effectively and ensure satisfactory resolutions
Approve orders for accounts exceeding original credit limits
Support the finance team with credit control and chasing late payments
Issue credit notes as required
Engage prospects through cold calls to generate new leads
Identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team
Key Skills Required:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or similar sector
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team
