Our turns messy building documentation into a searchable AI brain for real estate portfolios. Their platform sits on top of existing systems like SharePoint and uses AI to organise, interpret, and surface insights from contracts, compliance files, technical drawings, maintenance records, and other property data. With huge success in Norway, they’re continuing to expand and are building out their London HQ.
Role Responsibilities – Sales Development Representative
In this Sales Development Representative role, your daily tasks will include:
Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
Review CRM data and past engagement to prioritise outreach
Book discovery calls and meetings for the Account Executive team
Develop a strong understanding of the platform and its value to clients
Track and report on lead activity, pipeline progression and performance metrics
Participate in discovery calls and demos as your product knowledge grows
Role Requirements – Sales Development Representative
Resilient, high-energy and motivated by results
Commercially minded
A clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal
Hard-working and self-directed
Curious about technology and genuinely interested in the construction sector
Any experience in a customer-facing, phone-based or sales role is a bonus (but not essential)
