About the role…

As a Sales & Events co-ordinator you will be responsible for driving and developing business into the Hotel by pro-active sales activity. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work closely with the Sales Executive and Operational teams in order to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets.

Dutie & Responsibiites

Respond to all Reservations and Event Enquires.
Supporting the Sales Office Manager and Team where Needed
Producing Accurate Function Sheets with 100% attention to detail.
To ensure all methods of payment are secured for all reservations and events
Follow all department processes procedures and policies
Anticipate guest needs to positively promote sales to increase revenue
