Sales Executive
Coventry, hybrid
Up to £30,000 + commission
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Macildowie are working with a growing and ambitious business to recruit a Sales Executive to support continued commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and progressing within a structured sales environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the full sales process – from initial contact through to conversion – while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contacting new and existing prospects
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Managing the sales pipeline and keeping CRM systems up to date
Supporting deal negotiations and closing opportunities
Working closely with marketing and account management teams
About You
Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or commercial role
Confident communicator with a positive, proactive approach
Resilient and motivated by targets and results
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Keen to learn, develop, and progress in sales
