Taylor Stevenson is recruiting on behalf of our client for a high-performing Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicle to drive growth across the UK & Ireland within a leading portfolio of commercial vehicle aftermarket brands.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will take full ownership of a national territory — driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and strengthening brand presence across the market.
The Role

As National Sales Manager, you will:

Deliver and exceed national sales targets

Build, develop and manage strategic customer relationships

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Expand market share across the commercial vehicle sector

Monitor and manage customer stock levels

Produce accurate sales reports and forecasts

Represent the business at trade shows and industry events

Work independently across a UK & Ireland territory

This is a field-based, target-driven role suited to a commercially focused sales professional who thrives on autonomy and performance.
About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience in Commercial Vehicle aftermarket sales

A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities

A full UK driving licence

You will be:

Confident, resilient, and self-motivated

Highly organised and target-focused

Comfortable managing a national territory independently

Commercially driven with a proactive approach to growth
